Products Constructure:

The powder liquid mixing pump mainly consists of hopper, butterfly valve, pump casing Ⅰ, Ⅱ, impeller, spindle, mechanical seal, water cooling jacket, pump base, belt drive, motor and so on. The all parts which are touched in material are high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, in line with food hygiene requirements.

The machine works like this, the motor and the belt drive spindle and impeller have a high-speed rotation in the pump shell Ⅱ , to achieve the purpose of mixed liquid.

Impeller is made of Ocr19N19, in order to prevent bacterial aggregation, it must be easy to dismantle and cleaning. Mechanical seal consist of the static ring, moving seal ring, stainless steel springs, as well as compaction seals and other components, as well as outside seal to prevent liquid leakage. The pump is also equipped with a water cooling device.

All parts of the machine in contact with the materials are made of high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Fully in line with the requirements of food hygiene. The machine work by wing wheel which is connected with the stainless steel sleeve shaft in the closed motor to achieve the purpose of mixing, and by the stainless steel springs, compression seals, seals and other mechanical seals to ensure that the liquid does not leak, The hopper and the pump body are connected with the clamp. The motor and the pump base are connected with bolts on the frame. The whole machine can be moved without any fixed installation foundation.
